Show 133 – Raggle Taggle Show #8 (REAIR)

posted in: Past Shows

**This week, Katie and Joe are taking a little time off, but we’re still bringing you the best in trad music. We’re presenting you this Raggle-Taggle show we originally aired on 9/28/19, back before the world changed. You can safely ignore any of the weather references we bring up.**

Every tenth show, Katie and Joe collect a bunch of the tracks that didn’t make it into the prior ten episodes due to time constraints. It’s a way to make sure that these great tracks don’t slip away unheard into the darkness. It’s always time for second chances, and these tunes and songs are good enough to warrant a resurrection rand another spin around the ol’ Victrola.

For tis show, we grabbed tracks from the latest releases from Malinky, Matt Molloy, and Flook, and we also feature tracks from the following artists: John Doyle, Battlefield Band, Crowfoot, Angelina Carrberry & Martin Quinn, Shannon, Bagad Gwengamp, Hamish Moore, Johnny Óg Connolly, Emma Sweeney, Téada, Marie & Martin Reilly, and Neill Lyons.

Our FairPlé score squeaked in at 40.
