After our two-week musical spree of all-Irish music in honor of St. Patrick’s Day, Katie Marie and Joe decided this week to feature Celtic music from around the world. On March 16th, however, we were shocked and saddened to learn of the death of the great Dolores Keane. We pulled up some tracks featuring her velvet voice and added them to this week’s mix.
The artists this week: Dolores Keane & John Faulkner; Shantalla; Poitín; Dougal Adams, Ado Barker, & Ben Stephenson; Cara; Olaf Sickmann; Faliq Auri Trio; Trouble in the Kitchen; Droichead; Dolores Keane; and Takehiro Kunugi.
The FairPlé score this week: 38
